Friendly lady, wonderful ambiance, made our stay enjoyable with a warm welcome and very nice Halloween decorations that added a festive touch to the atmosphere.
Could not be improved in any way.

Excellent location near train access, lovely village vibe, ample free parking
Cleanliness could be significantly improved!!! Shared bathrooms need better upkeep and a reliable hot water supply would be essential!!! Enhancements for room amenities should be prioritized!!!

The budget double room had a charming, old-style feel with a lovely fireplace and a big window that opened, allowing fresh air. Cleanliness was commendable. Noise levels were noticeable, especially at night, and the shared bathroom could have been better maintained. Crinkle-cut fries from a nearby cafe were a good snack.

We explored two fantastic spots, and this place was a perfect retreat. Clean bathrooms and reliable showers. Just a heads up, the entrance is through a pub, which can be a bit tricky at first.
One downside was the mattress in our room. It was pretty springy and uncomfortable. Not a deal-breaker, but worth mentioning if you're particular about your sleep.

A Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service!
Enjoyed my stay with my family. The staff welcomed us graciously and let us check in ahead of schedule. The rooms were clean and neat, though the mattresses could use some updating. Just make sure to ask about food service, as menus were out but no dining available.

It was just a nice choice for a brief stop-in in Wallasey with very good value for money. The shared bathroom was alright, just had to adjust to it. If you're okay with basic amenities, it'll fit your needs just fine.

The shared bathroom could really use a thorough cleaning. Found it dirty . The room had a bit of a musty smell, which wasn't great. Only one towel in a double room felt a bit stingy, especially with shared facilities being limited. On a brighter note, the location is fantastic, just a short walk to a lovely village café and free parking made things easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, made a positive difference. The room had a good amount of natural light and was clean enough. The access to the kitchen was a pleasant surprise, offered a homey vibe . I enjoyed having tea and coffee facilities in the room, even if it wasn't a full set-up. The mattress felt worn out, I had trouble sleeping due to it being uncomfortable at times. Sheridans has potential with some improvements to cleanliness and room comfort.
